Role: Maintenance Coach and Technical Mentor supporting aseptic fill & finish production at Novo Nordisk, focusing on process execution, safety, and continuous improvement within pharmaceutical manufacturing. Responsibilities: coordinate daily maintenance activities, mentor technicians, ensure compliance with standards, execute shift maintenance plans, document work in SAP, and lead process improvements.
