Technical Application Owner

Role: Technical Application Owner within Lilly's Global Patient Safety Tech Team, focusing on maintaining and enhancing GPS applications, especially Veeva platform systems. Responsibilities: manage daily technical health, incident resolution, system configuration, development coordination, release deployment, and performance monitoring; serve as primary technical contact for incidents and escalations; collaborate with vendors, support system stability, security, and audit readiness. Requirements: high school diploma; 2+ years in application support, service delivery, and vendor management; experience with SDLC, ITIL, ServiceNow, SQL/Oracle, GxP environments, and Veeva Vault; familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure), automation tools, and enterprise support platforms (Jira, GitHub); demonstrated team leadership and cross-organizational influence. Preferred: experience with automated support, DevOps, AI, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
