Technical Analyst

Role: IT/OT Business Analyst within the Global Animal Health Manufacturing IT division, focusing on advancing manufacturing and laboratory processes through technology. Responsibilities: plan, monitor, and oversee manufacturing IT/OT projects; support and configure hardware/software ensuring operational support, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and business continuity; develop expertise in manufacturing and quality systems and data; ensure system stability, performance, and compliance; act as site Data Steward for configuration management. Requirements: High School Diploma; minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing-related IT/OT; knowledge of ITSM processes; ability to adapt to evolving technology; strong business acumen, communication, and collaboration skills; interest in digital transformation and Industry 4.0 technologies like IoT. Preferred: project management experience; familiarity with GxP environments; understanding of networking, OT systems (historians, MES, SCADA, PLCs); vendor engagement skills; SDLC knowledge.
