Role: Team Lead for Cryo Operations at Bristol Myers Squibb supporting cell therapy manufacturing. Responsibilities include overseeing cryopreservation, storage, and handling of patient materials, ensuring compliance with cGMP, FDA, and other regulatory standards; maintaining documentation and process quality; managing team training, safety culture, and operational performance; and supporting continuous improvement projects. Requirements: Associate’s degree in life sciences, engineering, or related field; at least 3 years in regulated pharma manufacturing, with 1+ year in leadership; knowledge of cGMP, batch record systems, and cold chain operations; strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred: experience in cell therapy, cryopreservation, or cold chain logistics.
