Responsibilities encompass people management, talent development, resource allocation, process maintenance, quality assurance, and audit readiness. Requirements: Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related, with 8-10 years' experience in clinical operations, including 4-5+ years in leadership roles. Preferred: Master's degree, extensive oncology late-phase experience, and familiarity with cell therapies, GCP, FDA regulations, and global trial standards. High-value specifics include emphasis on clinical monitoring, site management, and operational excellence in complex investigational therapies. Collaboration involves working with Clinical Operations Leads, cross-functional teams, and quality units. Work setup is remote, supporting global trial sites in North America and Germany.
