Role: The Team Lead, Site Operations oversees clinical trial site management within Clinical Operations, focusing on resource planning, process development, and ensuring compliant execution across Germany and the US. Responsibilities include line management of Site Operations personnel, talent development, resource forecasting, process ownership, and driving operational excellence. The role supports regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field; 8-10 years in Clinical Operations with 4-5+ years of leadership experience. Preferred: Master's degree, extensive experience in late-phase oncology trials, cell/gene therapy knowledge, and familiarity with GCP, FDA regulations, and global trial standards. High-value specifics include leadership in complex clinical trial environments, regulatory compliance, and process optimization for innovative cancer immunotherapy modalities targeting PRAME across multiple indications.
