Tax & Treasury IT Manager

Role: IT Tax and Treasury Product Owner responsible for defining and delivering technology solutions supporting Tax and Treasury business processes. Responsibilities include managing product roadmaps, translating business needs into technical requirements, prioritizing features, and collaborating with stakeholders, architects, developers, and vendors to design compliant, scalable systems. Key focus areas encompass tax reporting, cash management, banking, payments, debt, investments, and financial risk management, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years in a Product Owner/Manager role, 3+ years with SAP in private, public, or government sectors. Preferred: experience with SAP, Kyriba, Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE, Vertex, SWIFT, and related financial systems; knowledge of tax, cash management, API integrations, and compliance controls. High-Value: experience supporting global financial processes, cross-functional stakeholder engagement, and supporting systems related to corporate finance, tax, and treasury. Work setup: hybrid roles in Maplewood, MN or Austin, TX, with up to 10% travel.
