We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Talent Operations Manager to lead and optimize our HRIS platforms and performance management processes. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless execution of talent operations initiatives that drive organizational growth, employee development, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical and project management skills, who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a proven track record of building scalable systems. Acting as a bridge between HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for streamlining workflows, enhancing productivity, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Manage the full lifecycle of the HRIS platform, including configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, user training, and ongoing improvements.
Support HR operations, including workforce planning, employee feedback systems, and other key initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational alignment.
Manage the review, execution, and tracking of agreements with external partners or vendors.
