The Position
As a Global Talent Attraction (GTA) Coordinator, you will provide Human Resource administrative support to internal and external stakeholders across the company network in support of requisition assignment and preparation, interview scheduling, offer and contract creation, and onboarding new hires. You will also contribute to process design and ongoing development of Global Talent Attraction processes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Talent Attraction Advisors on tasks supporting the recruiting life cycle (e.g., prepping job requisitions, scheduling candidate interviews, internal candidate recruiting efforts, and offer letter/contract submission).
- Assist with creation of Global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Solve straightforward problems using standard procedures; facilitate TACβs processes training.
- Identify problems and issues and assess possible solutions.
- Respond to internal and external stakeholder requests and questions.
- Provide administrative support, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and system entry.
Required Education, Experience and Skills
- Five years of customer service/client-facing experience.
- Understanding of roles and responsibilities within Global Talent Attraction.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
- Excellent customer service skills (active listening and translating client needs).
- Time management and ability to prioritize.
- Highly organized; coordinate and pursue multiple efforts simultaneously.
- Effective communication with all levels of an organization.
- Ability to properly escalate issues.
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Bachelorβs degree (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of Workday applicant tracking system and Phenom; CRM strongly desired.
