(English) Join our Talent & People Experience team and help us build a best‑in‑class recruitment and HR function. In this 6‑month fixed‑term role, you’ll support with sourcing, candidate coordination, market research, and operational excellence. Scope and Responsibilities Support sourcing and talent pipeline development via LinkedIn and job boards. Conduct market research and talent mapping to strengthen sourcing strategies. Manage interview scheduling, ATS updates, and candidate communication. Maintain and update HR intranet pages and manage the HR mailbox. Assist with recruitment administration, onboarding support, and compliance tasks. Contribute to ad‑hoc Talent & People improvement projects. Support agency tracking and budget monitoring tasks. Requirements University degree in human resource management, work and organizational psychology, business administration, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive, good computer skills, and comfortable working in fast‑moving environments. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and willingness to support the talent team.
