Role: Talent Acquisition Partner for the Americas, focused on sourcing and hiring top talent across commercial and operational roles in a life sciences environment. Responsibilities: manage full-cycle recruitment, build talent pipelines, develop strategies aligned with business needs, and leverage data and technology for efficient hiring; partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and global TA teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Requirements: 4+ years of recruiting experience across disciplines, strong consulting and sourcing skills, proficiency with ATS and AI tools, bachelor's degree; experience in life sciences or regulated industries is preferred. HighValue: recruitment in life sciences, diagnostics, or analytical instrumentation; experience with regulated, science-driven industries; knowledge of GxP, clinical, or manufacturing environments is advantageous. WorkSetup: full-time, remote option; occasional travel. Compensation: $89,680–$140,125 annually plus bonus, stock, benefits.
