Position Summary
- The Talent Acquisition Partner will recruit, select, and develop talented and diversified professionals for Caris Life Sciences, identifying candidates for exempt and non-exempt roles across multiple locations and lines of business.

Job Responsibilities
- Directly source, recruit, and coordinate placement of top talent for leadership support (exempt and non-exempt).
- Identify new and creative ways to source qualified candidates.
- Negotiate offers of employment.
- Coordinate on-site interviews with leadership and provide follow-up.
- Manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously across various metropolitan locations.
- Participate in the full-cycle recruitment process.
- Develop ongoing relationships with hiring managers.
- Assist with other related duties and special projects as required.

Required Qualifications
- Experience recruiting across several disciplines (e.g., Sales, Laboratory Operations, Customer Service, Scientific, IT, Marketing, Quality, Compliance, Legal).
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and leadership.
- Strong ability to identify candidates, call/screen candidates, and draft write-ups for leadership.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word), Applicant Tracking Systems, and working knowledge of Internet for business use.

Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume healthcare recruiting.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience in a process-driven environment.
- Proactive problem-solving with attention to detail; persistent, outcomes-driven mindset.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle confidential/sensitive information tactfully.
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects while meeting timelines and maintaining composure.

Physical Demands
- Sit/stand for long periods; perform repetitive motion; crouch/bend to retrieve files; lift up to 15 pounds.

- Willingness to work shift work and overtime.
