Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of top talent for the Asia Pacific region, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for roles across all levels and functions.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end recruitment outcomes (hiring partnership meetings, sourcing strategy design, candidate assessment, offer facilitation, and hiring closures).
- Enhance the employer brand by delivering a positive, consistent candidate experience and maintaining a strong presence across digital platforms and recruitment channels.
- Lead salary discussions and offer alignment with candidates in partnership with hiring managers and HRBPs, ensuring compliance with company policies and compensation guidelines.
- Serve as a key liaison/SPOC for agencies and vendors.
- Manage accurate and timely recruitment data within Workday (ATS).

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably focused on the APAC region.

Preferred qualifications:
- Strong understanding of the APAC market and key industries.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process from sourcing to offer.
- Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Workday (plus).
