Role Summary
Takeda Finance Co-op Program for January–June 2026. Four positions for motivated students to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance and accounting, with opportunities in financial reporting, planning, business analysis, decision support, and manufacturing/cost accounting. Co-ops will work under a mentor, participate in projects, and may be considered for future full-time roles.
Responsibilities
- Own daily responsibilities and contribute to special projects
- Engage in cross-functional projects and a community service project
- Develop financial, leadership, and teamwork skills through formal training and on-the-job experiences
- Collaborate with mentor and manager to support finance initiatives
Qualifications
- Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Must be fully authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis
- Previous co-op experience preferable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication, organization, teamwork, and task prioritization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
