Role: Systems Control Technician (1st shift) responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, calibrating, and modifying electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical control systems used in industrial process control. Objectives include ensuring accurate operation of sensors, control circuitry, and final control devices, and working from engineering drawings and specifications. Responsibilities encompass working with precision measuring instruments, collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams, and managing parts procurement. Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in installation, testing, and repair of industrial control systems or a 2-year Electronics Technology Degree; valid driver’s license; ability to pass skilled trades assessments. Preferred: Experience with programmable controllers, drives, fire alarm/life safety systems, networking, and process sensors; competency in mechanical and electronic testing. High-value biopharma specifics are minimal; focus is on industrial automation and control systems relevant for manufacturing environments. Work setup: on-site, with no travel requirement; pre-employment and ongoing vehicle review required for driving company vehicle.
