Systems Automation Co-op

Role: Support automation and operational technology projects within Johnson & Johnson's pharmaceutical manufacturing at the Raritan site. Responsibilities: assist with automation system monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, system upgrades, process control integration, data collection and visualization, validation activities, and continuous improvement initiatives involving manufacturing automation, data platforms, and process controls. Requirements: currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor's or master's program in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; availability to work full-time during the co-op; strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills; proficiency with Microsoft 365. Preferred: coursework or experience with automation controls, scripting, PLCs, SCADA, data analytics tools like Power BI, Python, or SQL; interest in Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing.
