Systems Administrator III

Role: Systems Administrator III supporting IT systems, applications, and end-user technology in a hybrid work environment within a life sciences setting. Responsibilities: provide advanced technical support for tier I and II teams, manage cloud-based platforms including Microsoft 365 (Intune, Entra, Defender), Box, Zendesk, Adobe, Docusign, Zoom, Coupa, Netsuite, and Veeva; oversee user onboarding/offboarding, support network and AV infrastructure, and support data discovery and legal inquiries. Requirements: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent with 5+ years of Service Desk experience; strong knowledge of Windows 11, Office 365, and hardware troubleshooting; certifications in relevant applications preferred. High-Value: cloud management, GxP environment support, hybrid/remote work, experience supporting life sciences organizations, familiarity with ELN and visualization tools preferred. WorkSetup: hybrid, minimal travel (~10%).
