Job Summary:
As a Systems Analyst, you will analyze, optimize, and drive the evolution of the organization’s technological systems in partnership with the Director of Application and Service Delivery, applying practical AI and automation approaches to improve effectiveness.

Core Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Director to align work with priorities and strategic initiatives.
- Serve as a go-to technical resource for complex analytical challenges, architectural decisions, and best practices.
- Onboard new team members and transfer institutional knowledge.
- Analyze systems/processes/workflows; design and champion AI-driven/automation-based solutions to streamline operations.
- Gather and document business requirements; translate them into technical specifications and scalable designs.
- Implement/configure software, databases, and integrations per technical standards.
- Create test plans, oversee testing, and address issues/defects.
- Maintain documentation (system designs, specs, user manuals, training materials).
- Manage cross-functional projects to completion within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Provide training and advanced support; troubleshoot complex user inquiries.
- Stay current on emerging technologies, especially AI/automation, and advocate for opportunities to improve processes.
- Other duties as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5–7+ years hands-on experience in IT and systems analysis; proven completion of complex initiatives.
- Mature, dependable, ownership-focused professional seeking long-term growth.
- Strongly AI-minded; curious about AI, comfortable using modern AI tools, and able to identify practical AI/automation opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical guidance to peers.
- Strong computer/hardware/software/analytical skills.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable solutions.
- Strong understanding of IT maintenance, administration, security principles, and enterprise architecture.
- Excellent analytical/critical thinking with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, organized; manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional proactive problem-solving.
- Strong communication and collaboration across all levels.
- Experience aligning work with senior leadership objectives (preferred).

Position Type:
- On-Site; may require work outside standard hours for upgrades/fixes/projects.
