Synthetics External Planning Co-Op

Role: Janssen Supply Chain Intern/Co-op supporting global supply planning functions within the pharmaceutical industry. Objectives: assist in ensuring timely delivery of medicines, support planning activities, and optimize supply chain processes. Responsibilities: lead weekly criticality reviews, manage invoice resolutions, update dashboards for senior leadership, support data analysis and ad hoc issues, scope and lead process improvement projects, assist in order management, and develop expertise in ERP systems like SAP and OMP. Qualifications: enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0; available full-time; proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication, organization, and analytical skills; self-motivated and able to work independently. Preferred: prior internship or co-op experience, familiarity with ERP systems, and coursework related to supply chain. High-Value: pharmaceutical supply chain, support for medicines production and distribution, exposure to ERP (SAP, OMP), cross-functional collaboration, and project leadership in a regulated environment.
