SVP, Head of Clinical Operations

Role: Senior Vice President, Head of Clinical Operations, leading global clinical development in pulmonary and vascular diseases, focusing on strategic planning and operational execution of multiple phases. Responsibilities: define and implement clinical operations strategy, build and mentor a high-performing team, oversee global trial planning and execution, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with GCP and local regulations. Ensure operational excellence, budget management, and process improvements; collaborate across Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Quality functions; serve as a strategic partner to leadership. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 15+ years in biotech/pharma clinical operations; experience managing 5+ concurrent trials (Phase I–IV), including multi-regional/global studies; deep expertise in pulmonary/respiratory therapeutic areas; demonstrated team scaling, vendor management, and operational governance skills.
