Surgery Imaging Field Engineer I

Role: Field Engineer supporting GEHC Surgery (OEC Imaging) in Lubbock, TX, providing onsite technical service for a single modality to enhance customer care and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: perform installations, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair; develop skills for independent work; communicate effectively with customers and teammates; manage administrative tasks like service logs and parts ordering; collaborate with regional support and escalate issues as needed; engage in sales activities and account management to promote revenue; stay informed on market trends and competitor info. Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's in Electrical, Biomedical, Mechanical Engineering, or related, or equivalent military experience; 4+ years servicing electronic equipment; proficiency with web and MS products; valid driver’s license; flexible to work after hours and weekends. Physical demands include lifting up to 35 lbs., mobility, and dexterity. Preferred: experience in surgical modalities. Work setup: onsite support in Lubbock, with company car; travel and on-call availability as required.
