Job Description
Supply Chain Planner (Princeton office) responsible for inventory planning for all Rx and SRx products to meet market demand and ensure continuous product availability.
Responsibilities:
- Inventory planning for all Rx and SRx products to meet market demands.
- Oversee movement of goods from production to delivery to end customer.
- Track key performance indicators and report performance.
- Optimize inventory holdings to limit excess stock while fulfilling timely customer orders.
- Collaborate with project management/marketing and procurement to support timely launch of new products or new SKUs.
- Coordinate daily with External Manufacturing and quality teams to facilitate batch releases.
- Perform monthly/quarterly/annual inventory reconciliations with UPS; manage communication, approvals, and systematic adjustments for destruction and write-offs.
- Ensure master data setups follow SOP and MRP requirements.
- Collaborate with customer service and quality teams on returns to determine product disposition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs in Supply Chain or related field.
- 3β6 years of experience in a pharmaceutical background.
Skills/Attributes (preferred):
- ERP experience: SAP S/4HANA, Kinaxis.
- Cross-functional team experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong analytical, investigative, organizational, time management, and attention to detail.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
