Supply Chain Senior Specialist, Site Scheduling

Role: Support Vertex Cell and Genetic Therapies by managing site scheduling processes and maintaining manufacturing schedule alignment. Responsibilities: coordinate across schedulers and stakeholders to ensure a single, accurate plan; identify and resolve schedule conflicts and dependencies; provide visibility into key milestones, assumptions, and changes; oversee RTMS support, system updates, data quality, and issue escalation; manage scheduling communications and daily operations. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, or related field; 6+ years of experience in site planning, production scheduling, or supply chain within cGMP biotech/pharma environments; strong understanding of cross-functional planning, manufacturing execution, ERP systems, and master data management; proficiency with MS Office and Teams. Preferred: experience managing contractor support and workflow coordination.
