Operations
Main Responsibilities:
- Own End-to-End Supply Chain planning for rare disease products across a 0–3 year horizon, covering both IBP and S&OE.
- Ensure markets’ demand is covered by available supply; balance demand vs. supply and remediate gaps (0–3 months: S&OE; 4–36 months: IBP).
- Manage net demand propagation, validation, and product deployment plans in Kinaxis.
- Create and maintain product master data and planning parameters in Kinaxis; ensure accuracy and alignment with strategy/segmentation guidelines.
- Solely account for owned master data values entered in workflows per site governance; document calculation logic and comply with M&S Master Data Playbook business rules and triggers.
- Support IBP (monthly) and S&OE (weekly) decision loops with key stakeholders (Markets Supply Chain, Global Supply Planning, Global Logistics, Franchise, Regulatory, Finance).
- Support product-driven strategic and budget planning; provide data-driven insights and incorporate strategic changes into planning systems.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree + 4+ years in Supply Chain Planning (demand planning, supply chain management, inventory), E2E supply chain planning, or related.
- Strong Supply Chain Planning background, preferably in pharmaceuticals; proven ability to build plans and align stakeholders.
- Proficient with advanced planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP, dVSM, Plai).
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing quality systems and regulatory submissions process.
- Experience in matrix environments and multi-global stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Education in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, or related.
- Experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE).
- APICS certification (asset).
- Experience with financials and budgeting.

Soft Skills:
- Collaboration across partners/sites; strong analytical and proactive mindset; change-agent approach; ability to work transversally; creative mitigation/recommendation skills.

Languages:
- Fluent in English.
