Operations
Main Responsibilities
- End-to-End Supply Chain Planning & Execution: Balance demand vs. supply and remediate gaps across 0–3 months (S&OE) and 4–36 months (IBP).
- IBP: Perform net demand propagation, validation, and product deployment plans in Kinaxis.
- Master Data & Planning Parameters: Create and maintain product master data and planning parameters in Kinaxis, aligned to End-to-End Product Leader strategy/segmentation guidelines.
- Own and enter master data values per site Master Data governance; document calculation/methods for owned values.
- Participate in Master Data CI loop with Master Data Stewards, Data & Process Manager (sites), and SC Centers of Excellence; follow playbook meeting governance for regular MD revisions.
- Ensure owned master data values comply with business rules in the M&S Master Data Playbook and are reviewed when triggers occur.
- IBP (monthly) and S&OE (weekly) cycles: Support the End-to-End Planning & Execution decision loop with stakeholders (Markets Supply Chain, Global Supply Planning, Global Logistics, Franchise, Regulatory, Finance, etc.).
- Product strategy support: Assist strategic and budget planning; provide data-driven insights for long-term decisions and implement strategic changes in planning systems.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in Supply Chain Planning (demand planning, supply chain management, inventory), E2E supply chain planning, or related.
- Strong supply chain planning background (preferably pharma) with experience building plans and aligning stakeholders to drive decisions.
- Proficient with advanced planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP, dVSM, Plai).
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing quality systems and regulatory submissions process.
- Experience working in matrix environments across functions and global locations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations management, logistics, or related.
- Advanced experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and S&OE.
- APICS certification (asset).
- Experience with financials and budgeting.
