Operations
Main Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end supply chain planning and execution for rare disease products across 0–3 years, covering IBP and S&OE horizons.
- Balance demand and supply and remediate gaps (0–3 months S&OE; 4–36 months IBP).
- Manage net demand propagation, validation, and product deployment plans in Kinaxis.
- Maintain accurate product master data and planning parameters in Kinaxis in line with strategy/segmentation guidelines.
- Ensure owned master data values follow site governance, business rules, and are updated per playbook triggers.
- Participate in IBP (monthly) and S&OE (weekly) decision loops with key stakeholders (Markets Supply Chain, Global Supply Planning, Global Logistics, Franchise, Regulatory, Finance).
- Support product-driven strategic and budget planning; provide data-driven insights and implement strategic changes in planning systems.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in supply chain planning (demand planning, supply chain management, inventory), E2E supply chain planning, or related field.
- Strong supply chain planning background (preferably pharmaceutical) with a track record of building plans and aligning stakeholders.
- Proficient with advanced planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP, dVSM, Plai).
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing quality systems and regulatory submissions.
- Experience in matrix environments with cross-functional, multi-global stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, logistics, or related.
- Advanced understanding of IBP and S&OE processes.
- APICS certification (asset).
- Experience working with financials and budgeting.
