Operations
Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate a technology vision and strategy for the Supply Chain value stream (Demand, Supply, Procurement, Distribution & Logistics, and Inventory Management).
- Maintain a business capability model and drive solution architects to assess capability maturity (people, process, data, technology).
- Create and maintain a technology roadmap prioritized by investment needs, including comprehensive total cost of ownership aligned to financial cycles (LRP and Plan).
- Define frameworks and standards for evaluating and selecting platforms and integration technologies.
- Lead conceptual design and logical system architecture for complex business requirements.
- Drive resilient, scalable, secure technology vision and roadmaps with business and IT stakeholders.
- Ensure IT governance, compliance, and security best practices in the architectural domain.
- Lead Architecture Review Boards and establish a framework supporting a Solution Lifecycle (SLC) process.
- Mentor and coach solution architects; advocate for architectural standards, guidelines, and trends across BTS.
- Communicate complex technical solutions to business stakeholders and BTS leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s +10 years (or Master’s +9 years, or PhD +5 years) in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- Supply Chain architecture experience across Demand, Supply, Procurement, Distribution & Logistics, and Inventory Management in Life Science, Consumer Goods, or Retail.
- 5+ years leading solution architects/technical owners delivering Supply Chain strategy and roadmap, ensuring compliance and best practices via architectural blueprints/standards.
- Experience leading large-scale Supply Chain transformation initiatives and end-to-end capability roadmap assessments with TCO for LRP/Plan.
- Proficiency in Supply Chain and emerging technologies (e.g., Decision Intelligence, Visibility, Control Tower, Command Center).
- Proven Supply Chain end-to-end architect; strong stakeholder partnership, business understanding, financial acumen, and executive communication (written/verbal).
