Supply Chain Operator (Cell Therapy)

Shifts Available: DAY and NIGHT shifts (Panama schedule: 12-hour shifts, 2-2-3 work cycle including weekends/holidays; 6 a.m.โ€“6 p.m. / 6 p.m.โ€“6 a.m.).

Responsibilities
- Execute daily material receipt and shipment tasks per schedule.
- Follow safety, quality, and productivity standards; maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve material-operations issues.
- Identify/report needed changes in documentation and equipment (continuous improvement).
- Support prompt receipt, inspection, and start of processing for patient materials (with Manufacturing & Quality).
- Coordinate, pack, and ship materials domestically/internationally, including hazardous materials.
- Adhere to cGMP and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain material inventory accuracy using required systems/equipment.
- Support process investigations and CAPAs; support special projects (e.g., validation of Material Operations areas).
- Review logbooks/worksheets; recognize deviations from accepted practice.
- Verify SAP transactions and troubleshoot inventory/transaction errors.

Knowledge & Skills
- MS Office proficiency; knowledge of cGMP/pharmaceutical regulations.
- Strong written/verbal communication; escalate concerns; present data clearly.
- Coach less-experienced team members; work independently for extended periods.

Basic Requirements
- High school Diploma/GED.
- 4+ years warehousing (preferably GMP) or material operations experience.

Preferred Requirements
- Associateโ€™s/Bachelorโ€™s degree (or equivalent).
- CPIM/CSCP/CLTD certification.
- ERP/production systems experience (SAP, MES, etc.); Liquid Nitrogen handling.
