Supply Chain Operator

Role: Supply Chain Operator supporting material receipt, shipment, and inventory management within a Cell Therapy Facility. Responsibilities: execute daily operational tasks, ensure safety and quality standards, collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality teams, support documentation, inventory accuracy, and process improvements; assist in reviews, troubleshooting, and compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements. Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4+ years in warehousing, preferably GMP; experience with ERP systems (SAP, MES) and handling liquid nitrogen preferred; proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of cGMP/pharmaceutical regulations; strong communication skills. Preferred: Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree, certifications in CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD. High-Value: cell therapy, patient material handling, GMP compliance, inventory control, and cross-functional collaboration. Work setup: onsite in Devens, MA; no travel specified.
