Job Summary
The Supply Chain Materials Associate at Eli Lilly and Company ensures the efficient and accurate flow of materials throughout manufacturing and distribution processes by managing inventory, coordinating material movements, and maintaining data integrity to meet production demands and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities
- Execute daily material handling activities, including receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and shipping materials, components, and finished goods.
- Perform accurate inventory transactions in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory reconciliation to ensure accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation (labels, manifests, customs forms) in compliance with domestic and international regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently per safety protocols and policies.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Planning, and Logistics to resolve material-related issues.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with GMP and company standards.
- Participate in root cause analysis and contribute to CAPAs.
- May assist in training new team members on procedures and system processes.

Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associateโ€™s or Bachelorโ€™s degree in related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics/supply chain, preferably in a regulated industry.
- ERP proficiency for inventory management and transaction processing.
- Strong warehousing, inventory control, and material flow knowledge.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment (forklift certification a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong written/verbal communication and collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with GMP and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated)
- Anticipated wage: $27.40โ€“$40.19
- Full-time employees may be eligible for a company bonus.
