Supply Chain Master Data / SAP

Provides operational support to the Senior Analyst, Master Data and Steward, Master Data of a given domain by performing assigned master data tasks and assisting with project activities.

Liaises with business process stakeholders. Contributes to constant improvement in the quality of master data.

Responsibilities:
- Investigate, troubleshoot, resolve system issues
- Perform user acceptance testing
- Generate KPI reports
- Conduct master data quality audits; implement corrective and preventative actions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions
- Support standardized data design, naming, and consistent data definitions
- Monitor and audit master data and remediate issues
- Provide operational support and guidance for consistent master data workflow

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS applications
- Excellent phone and interpersonal skills; analytical, negotiation, and oral/written communication skills
- General understanding of cAPPs tools and ECC systems
- 2–3+ years of operational experience with a specific Master Data domain, data governance, and related business processes
- Understanding of interactions of fields across master data domains in SAP
