Supply Chain Manager
Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouses supporting distribution, manufacturing, or site services (e.g., MRO or delivery services) at the Tempe site.
- Ensure quality, regulatory, financial, and global trade compliance for the area, including full compliance with FDA, DEA, OSHA, GTC, TSA, and other regulatory expectations.
- Maintain efficient, compliant operations to support internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
- Maintain a safe and secure facility ensuring employee safety and product integrity.
- Meet assigned goals and KPIs and ensure capacity, systems, and technology support the assigned area.
- Ensure area compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional policies and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and execute problem-solving with minimal supervision.
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly assignments are completed per schedule.
- Ensure direct reports are trained to complete assigned tasks and complete formal written and verbal performance reviews as scheduled.
- Monitor daily work operations and provide direction to supervisors, group leaders, or other staff to achieve unit/department goals.
- Interact with internal and external customers by meeting regularly, responding to requests, and explaining procedures.
- Develop department work schedules by assessing priorities, workload, and available resources.
- Maintain personnel records (e.g., work schedules, vacation, leaves) and update the database to reflect actual changes.
- Develop and/or identify new work processes and improve utilization of human and material resources; support continuous improvement; investigate and solve basic problems impacting work processes and personnel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5 years of related work experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 5+ years supervisory or relevant experience.
- Ability to read and understand procedures written in English.
