Supply Chain Manager

Main Responsibilities
- Ensure continuous product supply from North American subcontractors while optimizing inventory levels.
- Establish production plans, issue orders to suppliers, and ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve production challenges, including prioritization and scheduling issues.
- Manage Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) costs and overall relationships.
- Conduct Quality Business Reviews and monthly inventory reconciliations.
- Oversee contract, relationship, and financial performance management in collaboration with Procurement.
- Resolve and settle contractual issues with Global Purchasing representatives.
- Plan and direct Supply Chain activities for CMOs, applicable Sanofi Industrial sites, and Country Affiliates for North America and Rest of World (ROW) commercial products.
- Lead and support projects for the General Medicines External Manufacturing North America Portfolio.
- For new product launches, manage all Supply Chain activities to ensure manufacturing capability and support product growth.
- Report Supply Chain KPIs.
- Support Global Purchasing representatives in negotiating supplier contracts.
- Assist in managing Profit & Loss, project budgets, and expenses for externally produced products.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical Supply Chain manufacturing or packaging across various dosage forms (including sterile products and medical devices), biotechnology, or technical project management.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills
- Supply Chain planning and operations experience.
- Lean methodology exposure.
- Proficiency in SAP and Kinaxis.
- End-to-end process experience: Master Data Management, Material Planning, and Supply Planning.
- Strong collaboration, influencing, and motivational skills.
