Role: Participate in Alcon's Supply Chain Leadership Development Program (SCLDP) to develop future leadership in supply chain functions. Responsibilities: complete three rotational assignments in Supply Chain & Analytics, Transportation & Logistics, and Warehouse & Distribution; support operational projects, analyze data, ensure compliance in regulated environments, and collaborate cross-functionally. Requirements: bachelor’s, MBA, or MS in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields; graduating Dec 2026 or May 2027; minimum GPA of 2.8; demonstrated leadership; authorized to work in the U.S.; willing to commit to a three-year, full-time program in Fort Worth, TX.
