Role: Lead global clinical supply operations for Avalo's biopharma pipeline targeting IL-1Ξ² in immune-mediated inflammatory diseases. Responsibilities: oversee demand forecasting, manufacturing, packaging, labeling, inventory management, distribution, and vendor oversight across early to late-phase clinical studies; develop supply plans aligned with study timelines; manage external supply vendors and ensure regulatory compliance; monitor supply metrics and mitigate risks; collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, CMC, Quality, and Regulatory to support program execution. Requirements: Bachelor's in Business, Pharmacy, Biology, or related field; minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain management; strong knowledge of cGMP, GCP, GDP regulations; expertise in global clinical supply, SD&OP, inventory, and logistics; APICS certification preferred. High-Value: experience supporting global clinical trials in biopharma industry, particularly in biologics, with a focus on early to late-stage development; expertise in international shipping, customs, and regulatory standards; proven project management and vendor relationship skills. Work Setup: hybrid role based in Chesterbrook, PA, with at least 2 days/week in-office presence.
