Role Summary

Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of supply chain planning solutions using SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization, OM Partners, and SAP S/4HANA for Supply Chain Planning projects. Responsible for requirements gathering, technical analysis, and building out business requirements for supply chain ERP applications. Collaborate with Plan and Supply Chain teams to enhance and support DP, SNP, and PP/DS applications, coordinating platform releases and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain planning landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design, development, testing, and implementation of SAP/OM Partners/ SAP S/4HANA solutions for Supply Chain Planning projects.
  • Perform requirements gathering and technical analysis to design, build, and implement business requirements for supply chain management products.
  • Assess and conduct technical analyses of solutions to support business processes in Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, and Distribution of inventory.
  • Partner with Plan and Supply Chain organizations to build, enhance, and support SAP DP, SNP, APO PP/DS, and OM Partners DP/SNP applications, including coordination and execution of platform releases.
  • Design and deploy SAP/OM Partners planning projects to support supply chain financial product flows.
  • Review user stories and prepare functional configuration and technical design documentation for ERP applications.
  • Design, implement, and support inbound/outbound data integration for master data and transactional data with on-premise and cloud-based planning tools and legacy ERP.
  • Configure systems based on design specifications and conduct fit-gap analyses to determine feasibility of enhancements.
  • Provide escalation support and integrate platforms with ECC, APO DP, SNP, PPDS, and OM Partners DP/SNP systems.
  • Collaborate with IT and Business Partners to manage upstream/downstream system impacts and interfaces.
  • Capture customer insights to improve projects and deliver continuous improvements to service owners.
  • Conduct impact analysis on processes/tools from new/enhanced services and coordinate with Release Planning and Management teams.
  • Interact with cross-functional teams to ensure complete delivery of solutions.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Required: 5 years of experience in the offered role or a Supply Chain Global Planning Lead-related occupation.
