Supply Chain Analyst

Role: Supply Chain Coordinator overseeing materials procurement, inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics for biopharma production. Objectives: ensure timely delivery, maintain inventory accuracy, support SOX compliance, and optimize costs. Responsibilities: manage end-to-end order and shipment processes, perform inventory reconciliation, develop metrics, support import/export activities, and implement process improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years or high school diploma with 3+ years relevant experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience in pharmaceutical logistics and inventory preferred; strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. High-Value: biopharma supply chain, GMP/ GxP environment, inventory reconciliation, serialization, international/domestic logistics, SOX compliance. WorkSetup: based in the U.S., travel approx. 5%.
