Supply Chain Analyst

Role: Supply Chain Analyst responsible for planning and coordinating the supply of finished goods across multiple value streams, ensuring supply continuity and optimizing service, inventory, and costs. Responsibilities include proactive gap identification, cross-functional collaboration with Global Supply Chain Operations and Commercial teams, and leading process improvement projects aligned with division objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; at least 3 years of supply chain planning experience in private, public, government, or military sectors; proficiency with planning systems and Microsoft 365; strong leadership and communication skills. Preferred qualifications: Master's in supply chain or Operations Management; 5+ years of experience; experience with continuous improvement projects and international teams. High-Value: focus on end-to-end supply chain, working at least four days/week on-site in Maplewood, MN, with up to 5% domestic travel. No relocation assistance provided.
