Position Overview
The LP1 Warehouse Supervisor manages all aspects of warehouse operations with a focus on pharmaceutical product safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Leads Warehouse and Materials Management Operators to handle materials safely and efficiently supporting manufacturing of high-quality medicine. Requires experience handling and storing hazardous materials.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, DOT, TSA, EPA, cGMP/GDP, and other regulations.
- Implement/monitor safety protocols; conduct inspections; address health/safety concerns.
- Maintain safe, compliant operations protecting safety, environment, and quality; enforce housekeeping standards.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, storing/handling raw materials/consumables; shipping APIs) and materials management (sampling; weigh & dispense).
- Assign workloads, manage schedules, coach and direct staff; ensure consistent execution on the floor.
- Manage events and communications; provide input for investigations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy via audits/cycle counts and proper documentation of material movements.
- Use WMS, SAP/EWM, and RF scanners for inventory control.
- Ensure products are correctly stored; warehouse is organized/clean.
- Develop the team, set objectives, ensure operator training.
- Participate in audits, deviations/CAPA, and change controls; support regulatory inspections.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, HSE/Industrial Hygiene, and Manufacturing; support CQV and SOP development; assist with FFE selection.

Basic Requirements
- High School Diploma (or equivalent).
- 5+ years in pharmaceutical/food/chemical manufacturing; 2+ years supervisory experience.
- Leadership experience training/mentoring.
- Hazardous materials handling and powered industrial equipment operation (e.g., forklifts/reach trucks).
- Knowledge of FDA, cGMP, GDP, and other regulatory standards.
- Proficiency with computer systems (WMS, SAP, EWM, MES).
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving; proficient English.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship anticipated).

Additional Preferences
- BS/AA in science, engineering, logistics, or related field.
- Ability to work extended shifts/overtime; short-term domestic/international training/certification assignments (up to 6 months).
