Role Summary
Supervisor - Utilities (NIGHTS) will oversee all utility operations at the Lebanon Advanced Therapies Manufacturing Site, ensuring compliance with cGMP, and that equipment and systems are available, maintained, and repaired to applicable standards. This role leads a night-shift utility operations team, supports startup activities for a greenfield manufacturing site, and coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, efficient operation during pre-startup, startup, and post-startup phases.
Responsibilities
- Assure compliance with site procedures
- Facilitate and communicate site utility events
- Provide functional and technical leadership for the utility operations team
- Monitor and report utility system performance to site stakeholders
- Coordinate and execute site utility operations
- Support equipment failure investigations and/or root cause analysis into utility systems
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma (preferred associate degree)
- Experience: Minimum of five years of utilities operations experience
Skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations and utilities operations
- Familiar with maintenance CMMS
- Previous supervisory/leadership experience
- Ability to transition from day shift initially to supporting a 24/7 operation
- Willing to support off-hour emergencies when necessary
- Willing to obtain Waste Water Operator Certification from IDEM and maintain continuing education credentials

- Night shift availability: 5pm – 5:15am, 12-hour shifts, 3-2-2-3 format
