Supervisor, Transdermal - Night Shift

Role: Manufacturing Supervisor overseeing GMP-compliant production and staff on night shifts in a pharmaceutical environment. Core responsibilities: manage manufacturing operations, ensure safety and quality, plan schedules to meet deadlines, support R&D and process scale-up, lead equipment setup and validation, and oversee GMP batch activities including commercial and investigational batches. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate degree required; 5+ years in pharmaceutical or GMP manufacturing, with 3+ years leading and training staff. High-value: GMP environment, transdermal/converting/packaging processes, R&D support, GMP batch production, complex process control systems. Collaboration involves quality teams and production staff. Work setup: night shift, rotating schedule (6:00pm-6:30am), on-site in a GMP manufacturing facility.
