Supervisor, Systems Support

Role: Supervisor of Systems Support leading end-user technology services across the organization. Responsibilities: manage support operations, oversee incident/request resolution, lead team performance, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and partner with IT and business stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field; 7+ years IT support experience including leadership; strong technical, analytical, and communication skills; experience with service management frameworks (ITIL preferred).
