Role Summary

Supervisor, Screening & Registration. Oversees day-to-day activities of the screening and registration areas, ensures training plan and SOPs are followed, maintains a safe and efficient donor flow, and acts as a bridge between operations and administration.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors donor flow to maintain expected pace and improve workflow and efficiencies.
  • Collaborates with QAS/designee to monitor errors, implement corrective actions, and ensure regulatory, cGMP, and customer requirements are met.
  • Monitors inventory usage and ensures proper use of medical supplies and resources.
  • Ensures trained and adequate staff are available daily.
  • Oversees donor satisfaction and minimizes delays or issues.
  • Provides input into annual evaluations and models a strong work ethic.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Education Requirements: High School diploma
  • Experience Requirements: Previous experience in a supervisor role in a medical related field preferred.
  • Ability to drive for extended periods (four hours at a time).
  • Ability to drive or fly to company/industry meetings, training, and in support of other ADMA Centers as determined by supervisor.
  • Occupational exposure to blood borne pathogens.
  • Available to work extended shifts and weekends.
  • Ability to lift, pull, or tug up to 40 lbs.
  • Work requires extended periods of standing and bending.
  • Ability and skill level to supervise and train others required.
