Supervisor, RUO Plasma Processing

Role: Supervisor overseeing the Signatera Plasma Team within Natera’s Oncology Research Use Only (RUO) division, responsible for managing laboratory staff performing cfDNA extraction, library prep, and NGS workflows to support personalized MRD assays. Responsibilities include daily scheduling, hands-on sample processing, technical troubleshooting, process development, SOP creation, and adherence to regulatory standards, including HIPAA. Qualifications: BS/BA in biological sciences, 3-4 years lab experience with nucleic acid techniques, proficiency with automation platforms, NGS, and LIMS; prior team management preferred.
