Verantwortlichkeiten Durchführung der Qualitätsprüfung (Maß-, Sicht-, Funktionsprüfung) anhand von Prüfplänen in Oracle und Zeichnungen in Agile Erstmusterprüfungen Erstellen der Prüfprotokolle Pflege der Prüfpläne Anwendung verschiedener Messtechniken, um die Konformität mit den gesetzlichen Anforderungen und Spezifikationen zu gewährleisten Erstellen und Bearbeiten von NCs (nicht-konformen Produkten und Prozessen), Reklamationen und Rücksendungen an die Lieferanten Kommunikation mit den Lieferanten zu Reklamationen, Nachverfolgung und Bewertung der Reklamationsprotokolle Leitung und Organisation der Abteilung Qualitätsprüfung Kommunikation intern und Unterstützung anderer Abteilungen (QM, Engineering, Shop Floor) Kenntnis der ISO 13485 und FDA-Anforderungen sowie gesetzlichen Sicherheitsanforderungen, Umsetzung und Einhaltung sowohl der lokalen als auch vom Konzern festgelegten Prozesse und Vorgaben Umgang mit unterschiedlichen EDV-Systemen incl. Microsoft Anwendungen Qualifikationen: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Chirurgiemechaniker, Chirurgiemechanikermeister Gutes technisches Verständnis von chirurgischen Instrumenten Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement (ISO 13485, FDA) Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position incl.
