Supervisor, Quality Assurance

Role: Supervisor of Quality Assurance overseeing daily operations for raw materials, in-process, finished products, and packaging activities. Responsibilities: schedule and coordinate sampling, inspections, oversee QA inspectors and specialists, ensure cGMP/SOP compliance, manage change controls, deviations, CAPA, customer complaints, batch record audits, and conduct internal audits. Assist in SOP development, validation, investigations, and cross-training. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year pharma/manufacturing experience and supervisory role, or Associate's with 5+ years experience including supervisory duties, or High School diploma with 5+ years experience and supervisory background. Specialized knowledge: cGMP. High-Value: pharma manufacturing, cGMP compliance, supervision, quality inspections, raw materials and finished product oversight. Work setup: not specified; salary range: $90,000–$105,000 plus incentive opportunities.
