POSITION SUMMARY
- Provide front line leadership to direct reports in support of the manufacturing/packaging of drug products.
- Drive a culture of compliance, ownership, and continuous improvement using lean concepts and knowledge of equipment, processes, and systems.

SHIFT
- Fixed night shift: Tuesday–Thursday, 6:00 PM–6:15 AM.
- Optional: additional 4 hours on Tuesdays, 2:00 AM–6:00 AM.

Essential Areas of Responsibility
- Provide one-to-one feedback to area leads and direct reports regarding team/individual performance.
- Develop plans with staff to achieve goals; track progress-to-plan using performance metrics.
- Implement ownership culture and management routines to improve compliance, equipment efficiency, and personnel efficiency.
- Maintain consistency with peers to ensure smooth transitions and continuity across shifts.
- Lead Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS) sessions to drive continuous performance improvement.
- Work with Maintenance to predict and prevent unplanned downtime.
- Assist with quality investigations and CAPA (Corrective and Preventative Actions).
- Review and approve completed batch records.
- Create, revise, review, and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Complete all training requirements and maintain 100% team compliance with all assignments.
- Implement shop floor schedule based on product demand.
- Perform job functions in accordance with company policies/procedures, cGMPs, and Batch Record instructions.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Required Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a regulated industry.
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in a leadership role.

Preferred Education
- Bachelor’s degree.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
- Motivate and lead others.
- Computer proficiency; knowledge of automated systems (e.g., ERP) preferred.
- Self-directed; ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Effective written and oral communication.
- Positive interaction with co-workers and management.

Problem Solving
- Resolve moderate-scope problems requiring analysis of identifiable factors.
- Use judgment within broadly defined practices/policies to select solution methods.
- Normally receives minimal instruction on routine work; general instructions on new assignments.
- May proactively recommend methods/procedures for problem resolution.

Physical Requirements
- Routinely wear personal protective equipment (e.g., safety shoes, safety glasses, PAPR, gloves).
- May require standing for prolonged periods.
- Occasionally lift/move objects up to 50 pounds.
