Position Overview:
- Supervisor, Production responsible for safety, quality and performance of the prep, compounding and filling area.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee operational areas are in cGMP compliance; establish systems supporting continuous improvement of procedures to heighten quality.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation and closeout of batch records.
- Manage day-to-day activities of the operational area.
- Develop and review SOPs for Prep, Compounding and Filling.
- Drive continuous improvement in the operational area; trend and take appropriate actions to agreed KPI.
- Get certified on all operational area curriculums; understand and improve the process; cover breaks/vacancies.
- Lead cross-functional teams to solve urgent production issues and implement improvements.
- Work with the operational team to improve KPIs independently.
- Investigate pharmaceutical operations and facility nonconformances; identify deviations; define problems, collect/organize data, identify probable root causes, conduct interviews/SME discussions, and determine improvements to manufacturing processes, SOPs, and supply chain practices.
- Review supporting documentation (batch/ancillary documentation, test results/CoAs, product specs, training records, SOPs, calibration records, packaging/validation protocols).
- Assist with deviation/CAPA investigations; finalize if needed.
- Assist with SOP revisions as an SME.
- Be SME during internal/external audits; lead/present to the auditing team.
- Lead Tier 1 meetings and participate in Tier 2 meetings.
- Build a self-sufficient team with minimal oversight; cover for peers/manager if needed.

Minimum qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership/supervisory skills.
- 5+ years in a regulated industry.
- 3+ years related supervision experience (preferred).
- cGMP manufacturing or clean room production experience (preferred).
- Analytical reasoning and root cause analysis skills.
- Strong math/calculating skills.
- Computer skills.
- Ability to read/interpret/implement technical writing/instructions and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
