Supervisor, Product & Packaging Operations - 3rd Shift

Role: Packaging Supervisor overseeing daily packaging operations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met. Responsibilities include supervising all packaging lines, coordinating with engineering for equipment maintenance and validation (IQ, OQ, PQ), managing cGMP compliance, conducting employee training, and investigating customer complaints. The role involves managing deviations, CAPAs, and change controls, as well as maintaining SOPs and ensuring equipment and facility compliance through regular inspections. The supervisor also manages the Global Serialization System, troubleshooting as needed, and oversees line clearance procedures. Qualifications: High School diploma with at least 7 years of manufacturing/supervisory experience in pharma/packaging; preferred candidates hold an Associate or Bachelor's degree with 5 or 3 years of relevant experience, respectively. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and global serialization is advantageous. Skills include leadership, GMP compliance, equipment troubleshooting, and team development. The position requires strong communication, motivation, and organizational skills, with a focus on quality and regulatory adherence.
