Role: Supervisor of Pharmaceutical Coating production, overseeing daily operations, staff management, and compliance with cGMP standards. Also involved in procedural updates, inventory management, and support for process development and validation activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 2-4 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing; strong communication, leadership, computer skills (Microsoft Office, Plateau, Trackwise); physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, wear respirators, and perform physical tasks.
